Embracing Feminine Leadership: How Honoring Your Creative Cycles Leads to Success

Have you ever had one of those moments where you’re hustling so hard, pushing yourself to meet deadlines, and nothing seems to click? Or maybe you’re so deep in your flow of ideas that everything feels like it’s falling perfectly into place, and you’re on fire. Then, out of nowhere, you hit a wall, or you suddenly feel drained and unmotivated. What do you do? Keep pushing, right?

After all, you have to make it happen, don’t you?

Well, what if I told you that these fluctuations in energy and inspiration are totally normal, and actually, they’re part of the natural rhythm of creativity? Just like nature goes through seasons of growth, rest, and renewal, so do you.

But here’s the catch:

when we ignore these cycles, or worse, try to force things when they’re not ready, that’s when we burn out, lose focus, and get stuck in a loop of frustration.

Feminine leadership is all about understanding that creativity doesn’t have to be a constant hustle. It’s about trusting the process. There’s a season for everything, and sometimes, that means slowing down to recharge. You can’t build a strong foundation without a period of reflection and rest, and you can’t expect to be constantly creating without allowing space for renewal. There’s no shame in resting, and there’s no guilt in taking a step back when your energy is low.

And here’s the kicker: astrology can help you understand when to rest, when to act, and when to get out of your own way.

The Moon, for example, moves through different phases every month, and each phase represents a different stage of creativity. . By aligning with the natural cycles of the Moon, you can harness that energy and flow with it instead of against it.

And then there’s Mercury retrograde happening right now (March 14- April 7 2025 in Aries & Pisces).  I know, I know ~this one gets a bad rap.

But here’s the deal:

retrogrades are actually designed to slow us down. It’s a time for review, reflection, and recalibration. If you’ve been feeling stuck, or if things just aren’t moving forward as you’d hoped, it might be the universe’s way of telling you to pause and reconsider your approach.

Retrogrades are the universe’s way of helping you course-correct before you go full force ahead.

Plus, the way the planets transit through your chart is an incredibly powerful tool for understanding your energy flow. For example, when Venus transits your career house, you might feel a surge of creativity around your business and partnerships. During these times, you may feel more confident to take bold steps toward your goals.

But, if a challenging transit is happening, it might be a sign to slow down, reflect, or reassess where you’re investing your energy.

And let’s not forget the power of eclipses.

These cosmic resets shake things up, clearing the way for what’s truly meant for you. If something in your business or personal life has been stagnant or out of alignment, an eclipse can help you make those shifts. But, rather than forcing a change, you’re better off leaning into the natural rhythm of these cosmic events, trusting that things are unfolding just as they should.

So, the real magic happens when you learn to work with these natural cycles.

Trust that some seasons are for action and expansion, while others are for rest and reflection. Learn to read the energy of the cosmos around you and use it to your advantage, rather than fighting against it. It’s not about constantly forcing success : it’s about aligning with the flow and giving yourself permission to move at the pace that’s right for you.

Feminine leadership isn’t about pushing through at all costs. It’s about trusting your intuition, tapping into your creative cycles, and knowing when to move forward and when to pause.

Success doesn’t come from grinding non-stop. It comes from honoring your energy, aligning with the cosmic rhythms, and allowing the universe to guide you on your journey.

So, next time you feel the urge to push through, or you’re tempted to rush, take a step back. Check in with the stars, the moon, and the energy around you. See where you are in your own cycle, and honor it. You’ll find that success comes much easier, and it feels more aligned, more authentic, and way more enjoyable.

Let’s lead with our whole selves : trusting the process, trusting the timing, and embracing the flow.

With love,

Saar
